Advisory

A seasoned practitioner for decisions that have owners.

Diagenic is Allen Jackson's advisory practice. The work sits where production agents meet workflow platforms, systems of record, partner ecosystems, and services economics.

Work

Where a seasoned practitioner is useful

Agent placement and ROI

Where agents belong, what governance is required, and how to defend the case with the line-of-business owner.

Workflow and write-back

Connecting fast agent work to slower control systems. Inference, orchestration, and action sequenced on purpose.

Partner ecosystems

GSI and SI program design, field alignment, and commercial motions that point direct sales, partners, and delivery at the same customer outcome.

PE and services economics

Diligence and hold-period support for AI services and enterprise software assets. Revenue quality, delivery margin, and whether AI changed the firm.

Method

How the work runs

Start with the business outcome: customer impact, ROI, delivery margin, risk, or decision quality. Then work backward through the technology lever and the organizational friction around it.

Typical work: transaction diligence, operating-model design for a services firm, a partner-ecosystem diagnostic, or an executive decision on a production agent workflow. Scope is explicit.

If the customer cannot feel it and the P&L cannot see it, the architecture conversation is unfinished.
